Quay is a delightful unique waterside property, a piece of paradise
set right on the river Dart in Dartmouth with stunning panoramic
views of Dartmouth, across to Kingswear and out to sea..
Once at the waterside, there is an attractive level garden with
fantastic views of the river, The accommodation is ideal for
2 people though it has sleeping arrangements for another 2 on
a double sofa bed.
The property is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town
and close to restaurants and inns.
Limited parking is allowed on Southtown, unrestricted road parking
out at the Castle or there is a Car Park in the town centre
and at Park & Ride.
The price range is between £250 - £425 per week depending on
the season of the year and booking is recommended particularly
during Dartmouth regatta.
Bedlinen and towels are provided and included in the price.
Whist this is essentially a self-catering facility, we are more
than happy to discuss any arrangement that suits you, and we
can offer occasional B&B upon request. Please note there are
about 110 steps to the road but well worth the effort.
